When can we expect our orders to arrive?
How long will I have to wait if one of the items I ordered is placed on backorder?
It depends on which product you placed on backorder. However, as soon as we see that we need to restock an item, we place an order with our suppliers and fulfill the order as quickly as possible. Feel free to contact us by email at Team@Arrowandoar.com for updates on your backorder.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 60 days of the original purchase for a full cash refund or store credit. However, after 60 days, we can only offer you store credit for your return.
Where can I ship my return to?
Can I exchange my purchase for a different size?
Yes, of course! Simply email us at Team@Arrowandoar.com to let us know that you wish to exchange your item. Then place an order for your desired sized item through our website and ship the item back to us as you would a return. Once we receive your old purchase in the mail, we will ship out your exchanged product. Although, please note that if your exchanged size is on backorder, it may take longer to fulfill your exchange.
